Licensing Times

The bar will be licensed until 11:30pm and the evening function must finish by midnight, at which time guests are requested to depart.

Access to the Hall

Due to the historic nature of the hall, the front doors will remain locked and must remain closed throughout. a member of staff will be at the door at all times to welcome you and your guests at pre-arranged times.

Entertainment

Hilton Hall have a number of entertainers that we can recommend, such as harpist, pianist, DJ’s, live bands, magicians and children’s entertainers. We are happy to assist in making arrangements for this.

If you choose to use external entertainers they must be pre-approved by Hilton Hall. External entertainers are required to sign Hilton Hall’s production guidelines and must be able to produce proff of liability insurance on request.

Due to the close locality of residences Hilton Hall has strict noise restriction policy.

Fireworks

No fireworks are permitted on our grounds.

Confetti

Confetti may not be used inside the Hall or by the front door. Biodegradable confetti, such as petals may be used in the gardens.

Photographs

We would highly recommend visiting Hilton Hall with your photographer to establish suitable locations for photographs on your special day.

The hall and gardens are entirely at your disposal for photographs.

Parking

Guests can alight under the columns of the hall’s impressive cochere entrance. there is extensive car parking within the grounds.

Taxis

We recommend that your guests pre-book their taxis to avoid disappointment or a long wait at the end of the evening.

Smoking

It is illegal to smoke within the Hall. Cigarette bins are provided around the grounds and a cigarette shelter is situated at the front of the Hall.

Security

There will be a security presence at all times, provided by Hilton Hall during the event.
